Job Description

- Oversee and manage the customs clearance process (PPJK) to ensure compliance with all regulations
- Plan and coordinate import/export activities to facilitate smooth operations
- Assist client inquiries and troubleshoot any issues
regarding customs and logistics
- Ensure timely submission of necessary documentation and reports to relevant authorities
- Stay updated on changes in customs regulations and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall operational efficiency
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing guidance and support as needed
- Conduct training sessions for team members on customs compliance and best practices
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the team
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by management

Job Requirement

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transport Management, or a related field
- Min. high conversational proficiency in English
- At least 10 years of experience handling Customs Clearance (PPJK) in the Freight Forwarding industry, with 3 years in a Supervisory or Assistant Manager role, overseeing more than 10 subordinates
- Has a valid PPJK Certificate / Setifikat Ahli Kepabeanan
- Strong management experience; firm and concise communication skills
