Job Description
- Work with sales teams to identify customer requirements and propose technical solutions - Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations to customers - Prepare and present technical proposals, and bids to customers - Collaborate with product development teams to provide feedback on customer requirements and technical issues - Provide technical support to customers during the sales process, including responding to technical inquiries and troubleshooting issues - Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies related to Hosting or Cloud services - Develop and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and vendors - Participate in industry events and conferences to promote the company's products and services
Job Requirement
・Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related major ・Conversational level in English ・Has at least 2 years experience as PreSales Engineer in IT Solutions company ・Strong technical knowledge of Hosting or Cloud services and related technologies ・Experience in delivering technical presentations and product demonstrations to customers ・Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams, product development teams, and customers ・Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues ・Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously ・Willing to business trip to meet with customers and attend industry events
