Job Description
- Oversees the procurement team and manages the acquisition of goods and services.
- Manages the entire procurement process, from sourcing suppliers/vendors to negotiating and managing contracts, and delivering to users/production teams.
- Oversees daily procurement operations, including software, processes, and policies.
- Develops and implements strategies for specific procurement categories.
- Creates strategies to enhance supplier/vendor performance and reduce costs.
- Implements initiatives to diversify the supplier/vendor base.
- Manages vendor relationships to ensure performance expectations are met.
- Ensures suppliers/vendors meet quality standards and organizational requirements.
- Ensures contracts comply with legal requirements and organizational policies.
- Develops and delivers training programs to enhance procurement staff skills and knowledge.
- Other task as assigned
Job Requirement
・Minimum Bachelor's degree in relevant fields
・At least 5 years of experience as a Procurement Manager, particularly in manufacturing
・Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills
・Knowledge of spare parts, production materials, equipment, and machinery
・Proficient in problem-solving and handling customer objections
・Fluent in English
・Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
・Integrity, responsibility, independence, and discipline
・Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
