Job Description
• Provide and supervised administrative support to the commercial management team, ensuring all process are implement effectively and standard of performance attained
• Report stock balance to customer
• Request quotation material price to overseas suppliers
• Familiar with make a purchase order and communication with overseas suppliers
• Familiar with delivery orders and Invoice with ERP system and customers portal systems
• Familiar create sales order and purchase order in company portal for the report to head office
• Making and check stock balance of material
• Communication with head office and vendor at Japan
• Other related tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
- D3 or S1 graduate with relevant business qualification
- More than high conversational level Japanese and English (Prefer N2 holder)
- Having min. 2 years work experiences as admin sales & marketing or procurement
- Familiar using ERP system & customer portal system
- Strong communication skill, both verbal and written
- Familiar with computers (Microsoft Office)
