Job Description
- Create and manage forecasts for suppliers and customers, adjusting plans based on data
- Communicate orders, track status, and coordinate delivery schedules between customers and suppliers
- Update HQ on demand, supplier quotations, and pricing
- Assist with negotiating terms, prices, and contracts
- Ensure procurement aligns with company policies and provide updates and reports to headquarters
- Monitor procurement performance, manage supplier relationships, and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Perform additional tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in any major, preferably Supply Chain Management
- Proficient in business-level English
- Min. 2 years of working experience as a Procurement Staff in the trading industry
- Excellent communication skills, neat, and detail-oriented
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office
