Job Description
• Product development support • Research, selection, negotiation and relationship building with local factories • Information gathering and advice on the manufacturing of iron and stainless steel products (colanders, frying pans, etc.) and other products • Product development process support and quality control • Progress management of production schedule and problem solving • Coordination with the head office • Dealing with merchandisers from Japan
Job Requirement
• Experience working at a trading company (especially those with experience in product development or factory work) • Priority will be given to those who have been engaged in merchandising or sourcing activities for Indonesian products locally • Familiar with factory conditions in Indonesia • Priority will be given to those with knowledge of iron and stainless steel products (colanders, frying pans, etc.) • Ability to carry out work duties in business English and Japanese at advanced level N2 or above • Excellent communication skills
