Job Description
- Design and develop surgical products such as surgery beds, operation beds, tables, pendants, lights, and other related equipment. - Create detailed design specifications, drawings, and 3D models using CAD software. - Continuously research and integrate new technologies and materials to enhance product functionality and efficiency. - Develop innovative design solutions to improve the safety, usability, and ergonomics of surgical equipment. - Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to refine prototypes and address any design issues. - Ensure all designs comply with regulatory requirements. - Conduct design reviews and implement quality control measures throughout the product development process. - Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints. - Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines, reporting progress to management. - Conduct market research and user surveys to understand customer needs and preferences, getting feedback and market trends into product designs. - Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
・Bachelor's Degree ・5 years of experience as Product Design using Solidwork / Illustrator. ・Experience in plan & improving product development. ・High Conversational English proficiency
