- Assist in overseeing daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality. - Develop and implement production schedules to meet company targets and deadlines. - Ensure that products meet quality standards and implement improvements as needed. - Supervise and support production staff, providing training and development opportunities. - Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards. - Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance productivity. - Other task as assigned
Job Requirement
・Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or any major. ・Business English proficiency. ・5 years of experience as Production Assistant Manager from Japanese Manufacturing. ・Strong understanding of production processes, machinery, and quality control standards. ・Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles.
