- Interpret technical drawings and assembly instructions to assemble machines accurately - Utilize various measurement tools to ensure precise assembly - Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues - Maintain a clean and organized work environment - Adhere to safety protocols and procedures - Other related duties as assigned
Job Requirement
- Graduated from SMK / Polytechnic (having diploma degree) - Min. 3 years of experience handling maintenance / machine assembly, preferably coming from Special Purpose Machine Maker industry - Has a strong understanding of machine & technical drawings - Able to use various kinds of measurement tools - Has strong mathematical abilities and analytical thinking - Demonstrated the ability to lead and manage teams - Proficient in English - Eager to learn new things and able to work under pressure - Japanese proficiency is preferable
