Job Description
- Oversee the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical systems in the production - Ensure proper installation and functioning of electrical components - Implement and monitor TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) strategies to minimize downtime and improve machine efficiency. - Provide technical support for production team through machine maintenance and repair to increase productivity - Review technical drawing using AutoCad for new installations or modifications - Lead and Supervise the technicians and maintenance team - Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, spare parts inventory, and repair history
Job Requirement
・ Bachelor degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering ・More than 5 years of experience in plastic / resin manufacturing industry with management experience ・Experienced in the industry and plastic compounding facilities / equipment (mixing, compound & extruder machines) ・Proficient in using Ms Office (especially Excel) for data management and reports ・ Good understanding of technical drawing with AutoCAD application, Electrical and Installation, and TPM ・High conversational level of English ・Have good communication skills ・Organizational skills, teamwork and time management. ・Have good leadership skills to lead the team. ・Ready to work under pressure
