Job Description
- Monitoring performance and productivity to ensure that all staff members are performing efficiently - Responsible for establishing and executing policies, procedures, and programs to ensure products are developed and manufactured - Develop and implement strategies for improving manufacturing processes and machinery performance - Manage a team of engineers, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards - Prepare and manage budgets for production engineering projects - Develop corrective/preventative (continuous quality improvement) action plans -Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
・Bachelor's degree from Mechanical Engineering ・Min 3+ years of experience as production leader for plastic packaging manufacture ・Experience in handling machine of vacuum forming, die cut/ cutting machine ・Able to read drawing Auto CAD ・Min JLPT N3 and conversational English proficiency
