- Overseeing production processes, schedules and quality control - Planning a production schedule - Communicating with HQ and reporting to the director or manager in HQ in Japanese (via WA, zoom) - Supporting the document or registration for exporting - Ensuring products meet quality standards - Other duties as assigned
