Job Description
- Track and analyze production schedules.(Products : Melamine laminate) - Maintain smooth production flow. - Monitor inventory and raw material usage for efficiency. - Lead productivity enhancement initiatives, optimizing machine operations and workforce efficiency. - Work with manager to introduce new methodologies for operational effectiveness. - Maintain accurate records of production data, identifying trends and areas for improvement. - Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
・Bachelor's degree ・3 years of experience as Production Senior Staff ~ Supervisor from Japanese Resin or Chemical Manufacture. ・Experience in handling management at production site (give instructions on-site and manage production personnel). ・More than Conversational English proficiency. ・Understand about process improvement and 5S
