Job Description
- Monitoring performance and productivity to ensure that all staff members are performing their jobs efficiently
- Responsible for establishing and executing policies, procedures, and programs to ensure products are developed and manufactured
- Develop corrective/preventative (continuous quality improvement) action plans
- Conducting research on new food products or ingredients to identify potential opportunities for growth in the company’s market share
- Other task as assigned
Job Requirement
・Posess minimum diploma degree from any major
・Having minimum 3 years experience as production supervisor in food manufacture FMCG industry
・Able to communicate in English
・Able to work in a team and individually
・Experience in the process procedure of HACCP, GMP and Halal
