Job Description
- Plan, organize, and oversee the production process to ensure efficient workflow. - Maintain communication with Japanese superior for smooth operation. - Collaborate with other departments such as planning, purchasing, and maintenance. - Monitor production schedules and adjust workloads as necessary to meet deadlines. - Ensure all production activities comply with health and safety regulations. - Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency. - Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback. - Other related tasks as assigned
