'Oversee all engineering activities with the objective of ensuring that the activities are under control and in line with work schedule
as well as payment schedule in order that the activities will run smoothly and meet company's target.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
1. To prepare list of work schedule of each activity in order to meet the delivery time.
2. To communicate with sections for each delivery time in order to follow planned work schedule
3. To maintain good relationship with customers (visits, correspondences,responses to claim, attends meeting, after sales
service, document submissioin, etc.) in order to meet customer's satisfaction.
4. To maintain good relationship with vendors (visits, correspondences, attends meeting, after sales service, etc.) in order to
meet customer's satisfaction.
5. To organize project cost control (budget, data input, report, evaluation) in order to keep project within budget.
6. To evaluate work performance of subcontractor/vendor to meet customer satisfaction.
Requirements :
- Min 1-2 years experience as Project controller
- Have a good communication skill
- Good in organize many things (project management skill)
Preferable Requirements :
'- Experience in working in Japanese company/PMA
- Experience in working in construction company
Remuneration :
Basic Salary, Transportation allowance, Yearly bonus
