- Supervise the installation of solar panels, renovation and home construction - Create budget management, work schedules and work safety management - Responsible for quality control of the project - Ensures the completion of the project - Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
・Bachelor's degree in civil engineering ・Min 4 years experience as Assistant Manager or 2 years experience as Project Manager for residential construction (apartment, villa, landed house,etc) ・Experience in handling reinforced concrete buildings and steel frame buildings ・Min 10 years of experience in construction quality, completion time management and cost management
