・Perform management of development team
・Cooperate with affiliated external vendors

・Ability to speak English above business level

・Working experience as Data scientist
・Experience of analytical work in the financial industry and who are also familiar with IT
・Experience of credit administration
・Management experience of subordinates
・Leadership
