Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Develop a detailed project plan, including timelines, milestones and resource allocation - Identify and mitigate risks that may impact the successful delivery of the training project - Become a primary contact for the Client and key stakeholders, and all project related communications - Collaborate with Technical Lead, trainers and department head to ensure training content aligns with organizational needs - Regularly update and report project progress to stakeholders, Project Management Oversight and Project Committee - Monitor and track project progress against the plan, ensuring timely delivery of training sessions - Facilitate training sessions and make sure all of them goes smoothly - Analyze feedback and performance metrics to assess the impact of training based on requirements - Evaluation of team trainers - Implement risk management strategies and issue resolution mechanism - Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Bachelor's degree in Computer Science ・Business English proficiency ・Min. 5 years of experience as Project Manager or similar, handling DMS training project in retail industry, experienced in developing training materials ・Detail oriented, meticulous, adaptive, flexible, good communication and good leadership skill
