Job Description
- Develop and execute promotional event strategies aligned with company goals.
- Coordinate logistics, timelines, and budgets for events.
- Monitor event progress and evaluate success metrics post-event.
- Manage the production of advertising materials, including brochures, digital ads, and multimedia content.
- Collaborate with design and media teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
- Track campaign performance and provide insights for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, agencies, and other partners.
- Negotiate contracts and manage deliverables to ensure quality standards are met.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders for seamless communication.
- Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Provide recommendations for new promotional initiatives and strategies.
- Support the creation of marketing plans tailored to the target audience.
- Prepare reports on event outcomes, advertising campaigns, and overall promotional efforts.
- Maintain records of budgets, vendor agreements, and project details for future reference.

Job Requirement
・Have experience in the same position for minimal 1 year
・Japanese language skills (N1 preferred, N2 acceptable)
・Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
・Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
・Strong communication and interpersonal skills

・Initiative and willingness to engage in marketing activities
