<Job Responsibilities>
- Ensure procurement/purchasing process meets standard requirement
- Establish policies and SOP
- Monitor the implementation of Purchasing activities
- Negotiate procurement of goods and services
- Monitor records and tracking of procurement activities, cost budgets, emerging spending and saving's forecast
- Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's degree in SCM, Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related
・High Conversational English proficiency
・Min. 5 years as Procurement/Purchasing Manager in automotive or heavy equipment trading, with experience of operational cost management
・Experienced in using SAP or yonyou
・Willing to do business trip
・Good management skill, good coordination skill, good communication skill
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Able to speak in Mandarin
