Job Description
- Handle purchasing tasks
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate prices and delivery terms
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of materials
- Coordinate the timely delivery of materials to ensure smooth project execution
- Manage order processing and ensure compliance with company procurement policies
- Prepare and maintain purchasing records and reports
- Collaborate with other departments (ex accounting, sales, other group company overseas
- Perform other tasks as assigned
