-Engage with suppliers to negotiate the best prices and terms for paint and chemical liquid materials. -Handle the issuance of invoices and maintain accurate documentation for all purchases. -Prepare and submit detailed monthly reports to the head office in Tokyo, ensuring clarity and accuracy. -Assist with various support tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations within the purchasing department. -Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
・A degree or diploma in a related field is preferred. ・1-2 years of experience in purchasing, specifically in paint or chemical liquid materials. ・Proficiency in English ・Strong negotiation skills. ・Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. ・Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. ・Ability to prepare detailed reports in English. ・Strong organizational and documentation skills.
