Job Description
- Handle purchasing tasks, including sourcing and ordering construction materials
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate prices and delivery terms
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of materials
- Coordinate the timely delivery of materials to ensure smooth project execution
- Manage order processing and ensure compliance with company procurement policies
- Prepare and maintain purchasing records and reports
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Project Managers, Warehouse) to ensure material availability
- Perform other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- High conversational English skills
- At least 5 years of experience in Purchasing/Procurement in the Construction, M&E, or Building Materials industry
- Knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
