Job Description
-Coordinate with HQ regarding quality assurance, planning, or issues
-Work closely with cross-function team to meet customers quality requirements
-Handle customer complaints, corrective action plan, & continuous improvement
-Internal process audit and prepare various quality report
-Provide technical advice on all quality issues and trouble shooting
-Interpretation task
-Other related tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
・Min. 2 years as QA Supervisor in Japanese manufacturing company
・Min. Bachelor's degree in engineering
・Excellent knowledge in IATF 16949 requirements
・Min. Business level Japanese *high conversational can try
・Be able to work long term [Not job hopper]
・Have experiences in handling QMS documents such as FMEA, PPAP, or any other IATF requirements
・Have experiences in handling customer claim in term of investigation and reports
