Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Manage QA QC team - Lead the improvement initiative for the operations - Collaborate with production team to implement improvement - Provide training and coaching to partner factories - Ensure accurate assessments through scoring - Collaborate with buyer team for Quality performance - Do audit quarterly and annually - Lead weekly and monthly quality review meetings - Monitor improvement with root cause analysis and solid action plans - Work with functional dept on projects and initiatives related to quality management - Drive quality KPIs and Quality System Management using scientific quality management systems and methodologies - Other responsibilities as needed.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Min. Bachelor's degree in Engineering ・Min. Business Level English proficiency (proficient for technical communication with European expats) ・Min. 7 years as QA & QC, and at least 2 years as Manager in footwear industry, with experience in improving QA & QC operations ・Proficient in Excel, PPT and Word ・Accountable, good communication, proactive, good leadership skill <Preferred Skill / Experience > ・Certification related to Quality Management (6 Sigma, FMEA, ISO, ASQ)
