Job Description
- Manage and coordinate team activities to achieve production according to plan, adhere to quality, cost, and delivery deadlines and build safe and stable operations. - Manage subordinates to comply with company regulations - Monitoring and reporting on production planning. - Promote and implement Kaizen, 5S, QC, safety and environmental activities - Manage all aspects of the manufacturing plant, including production, maintenance, and safety protocols - Develop and implement strategies to optimize plant operations, improve productivity, and reduce costs - Oversee the planning and scheduling of production activities to ensure timely delivery of products to customers - Manage and motivate a team of skilled technicians, operators, and support staff to maintain a high level of performance - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions - Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements - Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
・Diploma's degree ・5 years of experience as Production Manager from Japanese Stamping manufacturing. ・Business English proficiency ・Familiar with Ms. Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
