- Responsible in quality for new product, proses change, design change (ECI) - Handle overseas customers complains and claims - Coordinate with internal team for solution - Make counter measure & report to overseas customer - Follow up counter measure & report to customer - Negotiation skill - Report to QE Supervisor
Job Requirement
・Minimum Diploma degree in engineering ・ Understand basic 7 QC tools and their application (Mandatory) ・ Able to read technical drawings and measurement tolerances ・Has good communicate and written in English preferably with TOEFL Score ・Good problem-solving skill and able to do why why analysis ・Attention to detail
