• Research and develop new products formulations and specifications. • Ensure all products are developed meeting expectation of quality, safety, stability. • Perform relevant literature review and explore findings in product formulations or information. • Responsible in all R&D testing especially for raw materials, stability and finished products. • Prepare report or documentation tasks • Other related task also assigned
