Job Description
- Conducting research to develop new food products or improve existing ones. This involves experimenting with ingredients, flavors, and textures.
- Ensuring that products meet safety and quality standards. This includes testing for taste, texture, and nutritional value.
- Conducting taste tests and other evaluations to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments.
- Ensuring that all products comply with food safety regulations and labeling requirements.
- Working with other departments such as marketing, production, and supply chain to bring new products to market.
- Staying updated with the latest food trends and technologies to innovate and create unique products.
- Other related tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
- Have a bachelor degree with food science major
- More than high conversational level English
- For non fresh graduate candidates, have working experience as R&D staff in food manufacturing company
