- Responsible for recruitment in Southeast Asia
- Support organizational development
- Manpower planning and development
- Coordinate with internal and external parties based on respective needs (including with internal/external legal, insurance, supplier/vendors)
- Manage and improve company's HR system
- Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's degree
・Business English proficiency
・Working for SEA placements in Headhunter/recruitment agency for 3 years as recruiter with HRM HRD experience in any company
・Leadership experience
・Good communication skill, good leadership & management skill, good problem solving skill
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Experience in the headhunting industry
・Mandarin conversational level or above
