Job Description
- Coordinate the safe and timely transportation of goods, ensuring efficient customs clearance and delivery to client - Communicate with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders in Japanese and English to resolve any issues or inquiries - Maintain accurate records and documentation related to import/export activities - Assist with implementing logistics strategies and processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction - Collaborate with the wider team to provide exceptional end-to-end logistics solutions - Perform other related tasks as required
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics Management, or a related field - High conversational Japanese and English (min. JLPT N3) - At least 1 year of experience in a Japanese company, preferably in Trading, Import/Export, or Customs - Knowledge of import/export procedures, customs regulations, and logistics software
