Job Description
Contribute to the growth of our candidate database, in order to;
1) Bring opportunities for the Indonesian jobseekers
2) Enable our consultants to provide suitable recommendations to enterprises (fulfill the job vacancies)
- Researcher (hereinafter, RS) must dedicate oneself to maximize the candidate database, in terms of both quality and quantity.
- To increase and improve the quantity, RS needs to execute the daily action (job posting, candidate search, cold calls, pre-screenings, interview arrangements.)
- Also, RS has to always seek for a new candidate sourcing route, not only relying on the current way
- To improve the quality side, RS needs to study deeply about the tendency of requirements from companies (what kind of person is now needed in industry), and also thoroughly understand about each job orders, to screen the newly registered potential candidates.
- RS job also includes the data management and analysis, especially about the candidate database, and else.
- Overall, RS job is not just a administrative one, but a position which requires proactiveness and initiative, to actualize the database maximization.
- Roles are not limited to only above, but also implement any kinds of enterprise sales/marketing activites to realize the purpose written in the top

Necessary;
-Having a big and strong passion to develop one's career in HR industry
- Skillful to convince and persuade, attract the candidate to rely on RGF
- Highly ambitious to accomplish one's mission
(possess target-oriented mind)
- Eager to study about various industries and functional roles
- Self-learner (not being passive, waiting for trainings)
- Interactive, extrovert, outgoing, high communication skill
- Able to work, and even able to have fun in tough condition
- Team worker - Result-oriented - Sales-minded
- Service-minded - Problem-solving minded

Preferable;
- Able to think strategically to maximize the candidate database (e.g. analyzing the current database, finding out new routes)
- Project management sense or skill to plan and hold events (e.g. jobfairs)
- 1+ years in Exp. In internal recruitment (recruiter)
- 1+ years in Exp. In recruitment agencies or HR consulting companies
- Exp. In leading or managing organizations in one’s career, including the student days
-Japanese skill will be a high advantage
-Working experience in Japanese companies will be high advantage
(to understand how Japanese company works and makes decision)
