<Job Responsibilities> ・Responsible for operating restaurant tasks (In case of leader, supervising it) ・Responsible for assisting sales promotion in each stores ・Interpreting and translating documents ・Responsible in assisting launching the new stores ・Responsible for assisting store equipment management ・Doing the store works with the store staffs, like cooking and service ・Other duties as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Able to communicate with Japanese in Business level smoothly ・Working experience in Restaurant / Cafe / Bar experience ・Have punctual habit (Good attendance) and strong compliance mind-set for fraud (can tell staffs about dismissal due to stealing restaurant money , breaking restaurant rule for meal allowance ) ・People who want to be a store manager in the future. ・Have strong will to grow up and passionate about work ・Can work with shift schedule
