Job Description
- Collect, compile, and analyze company performance data from various departments - Prepare internal and OJK reports for monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting periods to track company performance, including risk indicators - Develop and present risk management-related reports to shareholders, providing insights and recommendations - Support other departments by compiling data and analyzing key performance metrics - Collaborate with different teams to assess and manage risks that could impact business operations - Perform other related tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or Statistics, with a minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00 - High proficiency in conversational English - At least 2 years of experience in Risk Management roles within the Leasing or Banking industry - Strong data analysis skills, data presentation, and understanding of OJK reporting - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other data analysis tools
