Job Description
- Conduct research and develop innovative products that meet consumer preferences and market trends. -Formulate and test new recipes, adjusting ingredients and processing techniques to improve product quality and cost-effectiveness. -Analyze product performance and sensory attributes through rigorous testing and evaluation. -Collaborate with production and quality assurance teams to ensure successful scale-up of new products. -Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for innovation. -Maintain accurate records of experiments, results, and formulations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. -Support the development of product packaging and labeling to align with marketing strategies. -Assist in troubleshooting production issues related to product formulation or processing. -Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
・Bachelor's degree in related field ・Min 2 years of experience as SPV in product development for seasoning and packaging ・Experience handling BPOM and halal registration ・Strong knowledge of food processing, ingredient functionality, and product development methodologies. ・Able to communication in English
