Job Description
- Collect and analyze security trends, political, and social developments in Indonesia.
- Monitor international and regional security issues that may impact Indonesia (example: Southeast Asian and Middle Eastern situations).
- Build networks with government agencies, embassies, international organizations, to gather and share safety-related information.
- Update and revise safety manuals and measures as needed.
- Maintain emergency contact lists and ensure they are always current.
- Check the safety of offices, residences, travel routes, and accommodations for company's personnel.
- Support the selection of suitable accommodations for company's volunteers.
- Provide timely safety updates and alerts through email, SMS, or phone.
- Conduct safety briefings for new arrivals and short-term visitors.
- Organize safety meetings and emergency drills for company's staff and volunteers.
- Manage contracts related to safety services and monitor the safety budget.
- Ensure safety equipment is functional and maintain updated records.
- Respond to emergencies by reporting to supervisors, confirming safety, and coordinating actions on-site.
- Handle inquiries from HQ or other offices and provide necessary support.
- Other duties related with General Affairs and Volunteer
Job Requirement
・Bachelor's degree or above from international affairs, law and politics. or any major
・3 years or more working experience in a Japanese company, preferably from private security companies or public institution
・Business level of Japanese (JLPT N1/N2) and English
・Ability to perform Microsoft Offfice (Word and Excel)
・Good administrative management and communication skills
・Up to date to international political trends and security
