Job Description
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales reports, maintaining customer records, and managing sales documentation
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely processing of sales orders, including order entry, order tracking, and order fulfillment
- Make sample requests and sample board requests
- Assist in requesting user approvals
- Perform other related tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
- Min. bachelor's degree in any major
- Min. high conversational English proficiency
- Min. 1 year of experience in Sales Administration
- Ability to operate Microsoft Office and manage social media networks
- Communicative and skilled in administration
