Job Description
- Making hotel reservations for customers or staff
- Answer and resolve phone calls and email inquiries from customers
- Provide general support to other sales & Marketing matters
- Provide miscellaneous assistant to Marketing Managers
- To Maintain detailed records of customer profile
- Any other tasks as and when assigned by the management.
- To assist customers in placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns or exchange.
- To assist in collating forecast data from the trading companies and prepare summary reports.
- To provide and notify of the price revision to the customers and traders
- Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
・Bachelor's degree Economics, Management, Business Administration or related major
・Min 1-2 years of experience as sales admin in trading Japanese company
・Business level of Japanese proficiency (JLPT N2- N1)
・Well versed in Microsoft Office (words, excel, power point)
・Strong communication, teamwork, and organization skills is required
