Job Description
- Making Inquiry, Quotation, Purchase order & order confirmation
- Making weekly sales reports from the system
- Making Schedule delivery, form delivery sheet, follow process delivery
- Prepare documents for Invoice (Manual and Portal website Customer)
- Check Invoice from vendor for send to customer
- Control stock at warehouse and control stock forcast
- Other related tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
• S1 any majored Min GPA 3.00 in university accredited A
• Has proper Excel skill
• Has more than 5 years of Sales Admin/support experience
• Business communication skills with common sense
• Positive attitude towards work
• Ambitious about work
• Discipline in time
• Have a sense of responsibility for one's work
• Has more than High conversational English skill
