Job Description
- Assist the manager in organizing, planning, and implementing strategies
- Coordinates the operations, ensures schedules and objectives are met
- Supervise and motivate staff
- Monitoring operation cost, budget and resources
- Communicate with clients (Distributor and customer) also evaluate their needs and specification
- Create reports, analyze and interpret data
- Drive recruitment process, training and development
- Secure adherence to company’s policies and guidelines.
- Another task as assigned
Job Requirement
・Have experience 2 years in handling MT and distributors in FMCG company
・Computer literate
・Willing to travel frequently
