- Control the number of stock and schedule, check the information from clients and put in these data - Communicate with Japan HQ in Japanese (emails or calls) - Communicate with their warehouse, clients, supplier and shipment company -Solve the issues of shipment and delivery schedule -Other related tasks assigned
