Job Description
• Develop annual sales plans and targets.
• Delegate responsibilities to customers to sales staff.
• Promoting sales teams and expanding relationships that exist across customers.
• Coordinate technical and sales support activities to facilitate supply and support quality products; Acting as a source for sales staff regarding products.
• Encourage sales staff to achieve commitment to customer philosophy and satisfaction.
• Assist staff in determining margins, identifying resources and assessing potential businesses in the future.
• Ensure that sales administration goes well.
Requirements
・Ability to speak English above Conversational level
・Possess knowledge of Import and Export
・Working experience in Japanese trading industry
・Sales management experience over 3 years
