<Job Responsibilities> - Assist the director to receive business customers, sort out the management's schedule and reminders (including not limited to work docking, time schedule, personal/business itinerary, business trip matters, etc.) - Expand customer resources, make initial contact with TikTok celebrities and brands in the Indonesian market, and promote the company's advertising streaming services. - Customer relationship maintenance, regular communication with customers, improve customer satisfaction and renewal rate. - Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Minimum Bachelor degree ・High Conversational Mandarin and Conversational English proficiency ・Min. 1 year as Sales or Sales Assistant and 1 year experience experienced in the e-marketplace with a own-brand company ・Willing to do business trips (around Jakarta area, frequency about twice a month) ・Familiar with the operation of live banding and short video, have an understanding of Tiktok and other platforms ・Willing to be a Sales and Assistant to Director ・Excellent communication and coordination skills, strong on-the-spot adaptability, able to respond to emergencies in a timely manner, strong sense of confidentiality, execution, coordination ability, stress resistance, time management concept
