Job Description
- Manage relationship with customers, suppliers, internal and external section.
-Control customer order (forecast) and analyze
-Tackle problems, propose countermeasure and monitor implementation
-Control customer/supplier credit limit
-Control monthly sales closing (AP/AR, inventory, cost)
-Prepare monthly profit loss figure, inventory figure and explanation analysis
-Responsible on budget preparation, price negotiation
-Conduct business presentation as well as material content preparation
- Monitor inventory check (company stock taking event)
- Control internal/external audit event
-Control subordinate task, progress and result (sales and logistic area)
-Seek new business
- Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
・Min Bachelor's degree any major from reputable university
・Min 3-5 years experience as sales supervisor in trading japanese company
・Experience in raw material business preferable in Resin, Aluminium, Steel business
・Business level of English- Able to work in a dynamic team environment and fast-pace work demand
・ Good analytical and conceptual thinking
・ Strong problem solving with good judgement and sense of urgency
・ Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously
