- Develop and maintain strong relationships with business owners in the HORECA and F&B industry.
- Identify new sales opportunities and convert leads into customers.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Market Trend Analysis
- Stay updated on the latest F&B trends in Indonesia.
- Provide insights on emerging flavors, consumer preferences, and market demands.
- Work with the sales team to create marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and digital content to support sales efforts.
- Confidently present and pitch our seasoning products to potential clients.
- Negotiate pricing and contracts to ensure profitable deals.
- Work closely with the Indonesia sales team and marketing team to drive business growth.
- Share market insights and support team initiatives.
- Manage sales pressure with a positive and resilient mindset.
-Overcome objections and find solutions to meet customer needs.
Job Requirement
・Bachelor's degree from any major preferably business management, food technology, and related major.
・At least 2-5 years in sales in the HORECA or F&B industry.
・Conversational level of English
・Strong communication and negotiation skills.
・Creativity in developing marketing and sales materials.
・Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
・Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
