- Call and follow up customers based on quotation - Response to Inbound call/email from customers - Responsible in getting customer's information, inquiries and incoming projects - Increase customer satisfaction by resolving issues and problems - Product promotion to related customers - New customer activation task - Maintain customer's relationship - Other related tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
・Diploma in Management/PR ・Minimum 3 years experience in sales handle automotive/machinery/parts products ・Knowledge in PO process flow ・Domicile in Surabaya/Sidoarjo ・Medium to high skills in Microsoft Office (excel and word) ・Strong communication and negotiation skill ・Independent, able to work in a team and highly motivated
