Job Description
・Improve and structure sales operations
・Manage each member's sales process, clients, and sales results
・Visit customers such as construction companies, subcontractors, ME&Ps, and machinery installers who are engaged in the construction of buildings, factories, and infrastructure.
・Figure out customer’s needs and propose construction equipment rental solution
・Proceed necessary procedure such us quotation, negotiation, getting PO, making contract and arrange the delivery to the customer in coordination with team.
・Instruct, coach and supervise the salesperson who works together with or who works under this position to achieve the rental sales target of the Company
・Manage the relationship with customer including handle the complaint and timely collection of account receivable
・Other duties as assigned
Job Requirement
・Bachelor's degree or above
・Business level English
・More than 5 years of sales experience
・Management experience (Assistant manager/Manager)
・Able to strictly instruct members according to the rules
・Understands sales operations and can create a structure.
・Strong communication skills
・Computer skill (Microsoft office and outlook)
・Ready to visit Tangerang, Cikarang, Jakarta and so on 1-2 times per week
・Stable career
