Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Identify and persue new business opportunities to expand the retail, B2B business to architect, delaers and distributors.
- Ability to make accurate sales forecasts based on production timeline until delivery time
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of sales goals
- Conduct market research to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management and HQ
- Negotiate and close sales deals with key clients.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns and providing excellent after-sales support.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Organize and manage events for distributors and dealers to promote products and strengthen relationships.
- Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Min Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineer, Industrial Engineer, etc
・Min 5 years of experience as Manager in building materials (windows, doors,etc) industry with focus on high-end products
・Have good network in building material dealer, distributors,
・Experience to organize and manage events for building materials
・Business Level of English
