Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Promoting the company's brands and introducing new products to the market
- Analyze budget, prepare annual budget plans, schedule expenditures ad ensuring the sales team meets their quotas and goals
- Research and develop marketing opportunities and plans, understand consumer requirements, identify market trends, and suggest system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals
- Gather, investigate and summarize market data and trends to draft reports
- Implement new sale plans and advertising
- Maintain relationship with important clients by making regular visits, understand their needs and anticipate new marketing opportunities
- Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Min. Bachelor's Degree
・Min. 7 years of experience as Retail Area Sales for Building Construction Material company with 3 years of experience as assistant manager, handling expansion of retails and managing existing customers
・Willing to work in Bandung
・Good communication, good problem solving skill, committed, and energetic
